The room was fabulous and beautiful, with an ashtray, extra TV, and a king bed. The breakfast was marvelous, with a huge variety of options and great food.
The staff were nice, with no complaints whatsoever.

Great spot! Super close to downtown and the airport ✈️. Plus, they offer a shuttle service that makes getting to and from the airport a breeze. It's all about convenience!

The room was very quiet despite a big private party going on downstairs. I appreciated the coffee brewer in the room. Friendly room-service gentleman. Good free shuttle service to airport on demand.

for us a very good location, with a wonderful front desk staff. They went out of their way to accommodating. Booking on line was great. We were able to get very reasonable rates.
We found housekeeping as they were in the halls cleaning the rooms to be noisey. They played their ipods so loudly, we could dance to the music in our room. The walls are sooo thin, you can hear everything in the next room. Not good!!!

filthy rugs. I made the mistake of taking off my shoes. one trip across that grimy carpet and I put my feet on the lovely white coverlet - NASTY! 15 different hairs AND my feet were black with grim. UGH. As if that weren't enough waking at 3:30 a.m. for our flight we got only coldish water in the shower. Terrible experience except for the nice manager.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was pleasant.
The room could have been cleaner. There was debris behind the tv stand and it was a little dusty. I mentioned it to the front desk and they took care of it right away.

The rooms were excellent in terms of comfort. The location was convenient, close to the Richmond airport and offering an airport shuttle service. The hotel's proximity to main attractions like the Department of Aviation, just 1 mile away, was a bonus.

Great service here! the room was spacious and had a working air conditioner, a mini-fridge, and a nice bathroom. the breakfast was warm and had a wide variety of tasty dishes to choose from 🍳.

I recently stayed at Sheraton in Sandston for my Temple visits and was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room. The staff was incredibly nice, and on Friday evening, there was a live band in the restaurant that was absolutely wonderful. I also appreciated that they accommodated my request for a room close to the elevator, as I am a disabled veteran and prefer not to have long walks. This hotel is perfect for my needs.
Totally recommend this hotel.
